All glazes are lead-free and food-safe.

Dining wares are mircowave, oven and dishwasher-safe.

Ceramic products are fired at 1220°C, producing strong and solid quality.

If product is damaged during the delivery or shipment, replacement will be done.

If replacement of product is not applicable due to stock limitations, a full refund will be issued.

Customised or personalised orders are not refundable.

Overseas purchases are non-refunable, buyers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item(s) are not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
For mailing addresses in Singapore, delivery will take up 5 - 7 working days to reach your doorstep.

For international mailing addresses, items will be shipped via Singpost. Mailing charges will be subjected to the total weight of the products.
